This skirt and shirt combo had been one that I was wanting to wear for quite a while as I knew that the prints would play off each other really well. When I finally ended up putting the outfit on I felt quite prim and proper, far too much for my liking. I still wanted to wear the outfit, so I did what anyone would do when they want to toughen up an outfit-add leather. I layered two jackets (as just the leather one was too light) and added knee high leather boots. I also tucked one side of my new bob behind my ear and added an ear cuff. It totally transformed the look from simple and stuffy to chic and edgy.
