I’ve wanted to try my hand at making fresh pasta for quite some time but the thought of making it from scratch always seemed so intimidating to me. After moving I wanted the first recipe I made in our kitchen to be something monumental so when Williams-Sonoma sent over their new pasta making tools I knew it would be the perfect time to step out of my comfort zone and head straight to Italy with this cheese ravioli with cherry tomatoes pasta. I used this pasta recipe which had great step by step directions. Although fresh pasta is definitely not the easiest thing get right, the new pasta making tools made creating the ravioli much simpler…the red wine helped too.
