There are two times during the year that I always have a hard time dressing for. The first is the transition of winter into spring for the obvious reason of wanting to wear lighter layers while it is still freezing out. The second is summer into fall for the exact opposite reason. Lately, I have been finding layering items like this black vest over something weather appropriate and a swipe of dark lipstick has been doing the trick until the weather begins cooling down.
