Since this week I am celebrating one year of The Blondielocks, I thought it only appropriate to come up with a little celebratory drink named after my blog. I used ingredients that were mostly already in our house, making this cocktail one that is easily accessible and easy to make! I can totally see it as the perfect spring/summer patio drink to share with friends over a barbecue. It sort of reminded me of the Bacardi Pineapple Breezers but with that extra hint of citrus and peach! So refreshing and delicious you may just have to have more than 1!
1oz Peach Schnapps
½ juice of 1 lime
¼ juice of 1 lemon
How to Make:
1. Add all ingredients except ginger ale into a shaker with ice
2. Strain and top with ginger ale
3. Garnish with pineapple wedge
