Winter has hit us with full force here in Nova Scotia. It’s been either very cold or very snowy almost every day, so finding motivation to wear anything other than my cozy pj’s, and leggings has been few and far between my friends! However, I was recently gifted this beautiful outfit from my friends at Rebecca Taylor and made it my mission to wear it out recently for a lunch date with my mom, Jamie and Edwin. While admittedly I was a little cold (I did have a coat too, I swear!) this outfit gave me hope for spring and what’s to come in the next couple of months. This pink sweater is so soft and cozy and I love the puff sleeve detail and cropped cut. I think it would be so cute for Valentine’s Day and is likely what I’ll be reaching for leading up to the 14th. The pants are equally as cute and very flattering with their high waist and tie. I love that they are denim but fit like a pant and are very easy to move around in which is key when you’re chasing after a very active 10 month old! I swear, I spent most of our lunch walking around the café making sure Edwin didn’t get into mischief, but it was still very fun!
