One of my favourite places to hang out in Toronto in the summertime is in The Beaches neighbourhood.
It’s still in the middle of Toronto yet has its own small town vibe that I am forever craving. I never feel like I have to dress to impress there because this laid-back surf inspired town is all about comfort and relaxation. Of course, just because I like to dress comfier in this area doesn’t mean I’m sacrificing style. I’ve been carrying the off the shoulder trend into the summer months and think the look of a flowy, boho top pairs so well with denim cut offs, especially for the casual-cool vibe I was going for. Of course, the accessories are what makes the outfit really come together and in the summer I love a good Panama hat and fringe sandals. I’ve also recently added a new pair of sunnies into my rotation thanks to Smartbuy glasses who sent over these beautiful Celine Audrey shades in the prettiest pink colour. I’ve never been a big sunglasses girl unless I find a pair I can’t stop thinking about, as was the case with these. Seriously, I’ve been wearing them non-stop.
