For the most part my closet consists of basic pieces that go together easily and veer on the side of function over fashion.
Every once in a while however, a piece strikes a chord with me and I go a little nuts for it. This fringe sequins skirt from J.Crew was one of those lust worthy pieces. With its gold meets army green sequins, fringe tassels that sway with me as I move, and the classic pencil skirt shape…this skirt is a dream come true. Normally with a skirt like this one would think to go the more dressy route, but I felt it best paired down with a basic grey t-shirt and flat mules for a cool, street style inspired look.
