We went apple picking this past Saturday and although the weather wasn’t exactly ideal we were all pretty determined to continue our yearly tradition.
I am always that girl who wants to dress “the part” even though most times that means wearing something ridiculously impractical…albeit stylish. For our apple picking adventures I wore this plaid mini skirt that I picked up last week at Joe Fresh*. I love how plush it feels on (comparable to a cozy blanket) and the faux wrap/leather trim detailing. I layered up with a cozy knit turtle neck, leather jacket and these classic black suede booties with a bit of edge. They’re my October shoe pick from Le Chateau and I couldn’t be happier about the style and comfort level of them.
*Although this skirt is a new item from Joe Fresh, unfortunately it is unavailable online. I purchased it in store last week. I’ve linked some similar ones below but I highly recommend this one!
