Highs And Lows

{This 30-degree day called for freshly shucked oysters.}

If I had to describe this week in one word, it would be adventurous. Between taking off on a day trip to Mahone Bay and Lunenburg on Monday, a 4-hour long hike up Cape Split on Tuesday, and finally finishing off the week with a two-night camping trip, this week has been exceptionally eventful. I have never considered myself much of an outdoors person, but I’ve found myself loving being outside more and more the older I get. whether that be a day at the beach (obviously), hiking up a cliff, or canoeing the afternoon away, I’ve found so much pleasure in enjoying the little things. Though I’m no “Annie Oakley” as the saying goes, I’m definitely trying to find my more laid back and adventurous side and I really think it’s working! I hope you all have a lovely weekend, see you Monday!
{Luckily, we caught him before he robbed the place.}

{This view is always worth the 4-hour hike.}
{Pink doors and window boxes do a charming house make.}
