When I am home in Halifax my dressing mantra always manages to become a little bit more relaxed. I like to go for easy pieces that I am able to just throw on and not fuss with. This French Connection dress that I scooped up at Winners for $22 before I left Toronto is the perfect example of Halifax dressing. It is a statement in its own with its fun nautical striping and unexpected sunflower print, and so comfy! Plus I purchased it in a size 10, so instead of clinging, it skims over my body like a shift dress, which I really like!
