Every time I arrive home in Halifax there are about a million things that I want to do and what feels like never enough time to do them. Yesterday was absolutely gorgeous in town so Jamie, my sisters, Milo and I drove to the beach for what we thought would be the perfect beach day. It turned out that the coast was experiencing a bout of fog but that still didn’t stop us from swimming in the ocean and trying to get Milo to swim with us. Today I’m headed to one of my favourite places in Nova Scotia, Mahone Bay and I couldn’t be happier…Even if the forecast is calling for rain.
