Today my sister has taken over my blog and made for you her favourite meal of the day; breakfast. Not only is this recipe delicious, it’s also gluten-free. The egg pancake recipe was found over on The Skinny Confidential and we knew we had to try it! We ended up making a blueberry and honey compote and used it for a filling. Our pancakes turned out to be more of a wrap style pancake, adding a toothpick and a strawberry on top. They are a great alternative if you’re going gluten-free and taste moist and fluffy!
