Happy Monday friends! I hope everyone had a wonderful, relaxing weekend. I baked Valentine’s Day cookies just for FUN which is something I haven’t done in such a long time and it was so nice to bake without any pressure of shooting photos afterward (even though I did end up making a very cute stop-motion video that I’ll share later this week on Instagram). Other than that, I spent most of my weekend indoors with nothing too exciting to report back to you, haha! Friday, I had a few errands to run as well as a meeting so I took that as an excuse to dress up in my version of business attire. I love that my job allows me to dress in whatever I want but I do think that there are still times where a blouse and dress pants are needed. I’m not much for sticking to the traditional so these ruffle sided pants and sheer blouse with even MORE ruffles is how I opted to do business attire. I actually felt so good in this outfit and can see myself reaching for it right into spring, especially if there is a bundle of fresh flowers involved.
