Monthy Beauty Faves: Holiday Beauty Gift Set Edition

December 5, 2017

Rolling right along with the holiday gift guides today with one of my favorite round-ups, holiday beauty gift sets! I just started this segment last year but it quickly became one that I most enjoy putting together during the holidays. Every year it never ceases to amaze me how companies come out with the cutest gift sets and this year is no exception. I love gifting sets to friends or Secret Santa’s and they make for the ideal last-minute gift. So without further adieu, here are a few of my picks for best holiday gift sets this year. Caudalie: How adorable are these gift sets from Caudalie? I’ve loved their products since being introduced to them a couple of years ago at the Miraj Hamman Spa in Toronto. This year I am loving the mini mask trio set that comes with an instant detox mask, glycolic peel mask and a moisturizing mask. This Fresh Kiss lip balm trio is the cutest “tree” shaped set with 3 pretty pink lip balm shades and finally, I love the Glow Activating Trio because who doesn’t want to add a little extra glow to their skin, especially during the holidays.

Burt’s Bees: The best products that Burt’s Bees offers, in my opinion, are from their hand and foot care range. I’m obsessed with this mani-pedi set because it comes with both their lemon cuticle cream that I’ve used for years, peppermint foot cream, extra dry hands hand cream and a foot brush and pumice all for around $20.
Schick: There is nothing I love more than receiving shaving products under the Christmas tree. It’s a gift that I will use without a doubt and it saves me from having to buy shaving supplies for at least a couple of months (yes!). I love these Schick HydroSilk and Schick Intuition value sets because, for under $20, you receive a Schick razor, shaving cream (for HydroSilk), refill cartridges and the coziest fuzzy socks that I’m sure will be worn all winter long. I love the Shick HydroSilk razor specifically because it offers the closest shave possible while the cushion surrounding the blades offers a boost of hydration which is much needed during the winter. The Shick Intuition is the best razor option for the girl on the go, as you can skip the shaving cream step and simply lather and shave in one easy go! *Sponsored

By Rosie Jane: Another one of my favorite brands, By Rosie Jane, has just launched their holiday gift sets this year and I couldn’t be happier. My two favorite scents in their collection are Leila Lou and James but I prefer James for the winter months. This set comes with a mini candle, roller ball and lotion. I just love how clean and simple it is but the scent is anything but ordinary.

Nars: How adorable are these mini Nars x Man Ray lip and cheek sets. While they are a bit pricier, coming in at around $30, they would make for the nicest stocking stuffer or Secret Santa present. I’m honestly in love with each lip/cheek color combination and can’t wait to wear one on Christmas morning.

Kérastase: This year, I was lucky enough to be featured in the Kerastase holiday lookbook where I shared my “wish” for my hair (less dry split-ends and breakage). To go along with the lookbook, I recieved the Kerastase Nutritive holiday set and have been absolutely loving how soft and silky it’s made my hair. I love these 3 piece sets because you can really customize it to your hair type and they’re much more affordable than purchasing each product separately.

Fresh: Fresh always nails it when it comes to their holiday gift sets with the offerings and of course, the adorable packaging. This year I’m coveting the Bodycare Besties which comes with the Hesperides Grapefruit Bath and Shower Gel, Body Lotion and Brown Sugar Body Polish and the Sugar Lip Prep N’ Paint set which comes with all the best Sugar Lip products that I am seriously in love with.

Benefit: Another prime example of a company that nails it in the gift set department. Benefit never fails to come up with the most creative and well put together sets for the holidays. My personal favorites from Benefit are their eyebrow products and I can’t get over this “The Great Brownanza” set that literally offers each one of Benefits brow products (since sold out, similar brow sets here & here). I also love the “Hoola Bronzer” and “They’re Real Mascara”,  and the “Beauty and the Bay” gift set comes with both!

Aveda: This year Aveda’s gift sets all have to do with “the gift of. I love this idea so much and chose “the gift of comfort” as my top pick because, a. the packaging is so festive, and b. the scent is simply incredible. With ginger and pressed flower aromas, this is the ultimate gift of comfort for the body.
