Nothing says summer like a sweet sip outdoors—and while it’s not quite officially summer, the weather says otherwise, and we will happily kick off the season a little early! Caitlin gave a twist to the classic greyhound cocktail (grapefruit and vodka) by adding a splash of rose water and a little seltzer to give it a floral note.
Rosie Greyhound Cocktail
- 2 ounces vodka
- 3 ounces grapefruit juice
- 2 ounces sweetened rose water*
- Splash of soda water
- Ice cubes
Pour all ingredients (except soda water) into a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a glass, top with soda water.
*We found rose water in the International aisle of our local grocery store, but it can also be purchased on Amazon!
