This dress from Club Monaco will forever have the longest story in clothing purchasing history attached to it, and I am going to share it with you all today. My boyfriends family purchased the dress for me for Christmas and it ended up being a size to big, and in a different colour than what I had wanted (this makes me sound picky, I know.) Anyway, I returned it to Club Monaco for a credit receipt to use online as they no longer had my size or the colour in store. When the dress arrived to my home in Toronto I was still in Halifax and so the UPS man left it on our door step (not a good idea). The dress ended up being stolen and I had to go through the whole process of making a claim. Club Monaco was great and gave me a full credit to re-purchase the dress. Following all of this, I re-purchased the dress in what I thought was the grey/white colour you will see in the “shop the post” section below. Be warned if you plan on purchasing this dress the colour you will be purchasing is the one I am wearing in the photos. For some reason the model is shown wearing a grey/white comb when in fact they only have the black/white version left. When the dress arrived at my door for the second time I was shocked, and almost went to return the dress in store. But once I tried it on, I knew this sweater dress was a keeper that definitely makes for a conversation starter! Have any of you ever had a crazy clothing experience like this? Let me know in the comment section below!
