Pink Lady

March 20, 2017

Happy Monday, I hope your weekend was nice and relaxing! Did you get up to anything exciting? Our weekend was spent doing a bunch of chores as per usual, but we did get a chance to see Beauty and The Beast (SO good) and head out to a local pub for dinner and green beers on St. Patrick’s Day. On Friday afternoon, I had another appointment to try on wedding dresses at Sash and Bustle because it was the last weekend for the Ivy and Aster trunk show. I wanted to try on the dress I fell in love with one last time and get a few more photos of it so that I’ll be able to compare it to other dresses when my mom is here in June. It was a bit chilly outside but nothing like it has been so I decided to pull out this pretty pink jumpsuit from Massimo Dutti. I wasn’t planning on going for an all pink look but between the shoes and the tote, it just happened that way and I’m not the least bit mad about it. Sometimes dressing ultra feminine is just the ticket and I found it made me feel really good upon walking into my second bridal appointment (the ladies in the shop loved my jumpsuit, haha!). I can already tell that this jumpsuit is going to be one that I reach for often this season because it is just so easy to wear. I find it looks pretty and put together instantly and I’m in love with the floral print. It’s hard to tell from the photos but it also has the prettiest gold metallic flecks running throughout it which was a major selling point for me. Massimo Dutti wasn’t a store that I frequented up until working with them recently but let me tell you I am now in love with so many of their pieces (this, this and these are now on my radar) so definitely look out for more Massimo Dutti here on the blog.
