Scalloped Sleeve

March 16, 2017

Another day, another indoor shoot because as I mentioned on Monday, the cold and the snow have left us with little other option. If you’re a frequent reader here, I’m sure you know that Maman is undoubtably my pick for best café in Toronto. Everything about this place is just so darn me and so darn charming, that I could easily see myself taking decorating ques from it for my future home. I’m also obsessed with their chocolate chip cookies and lavender-blueberry cake, so if not being able to shoot outside means that I can indulge in either of those treats, then it’s a good day in my books! I hadn’t actually been to Maman in some time so it was so nice to be back again this week (I’m also dying to go to the New York location). Anyway, on to the outfit! I’ve been killing myself thinking of ways to bring a little spring into my wardrobe as of late. I’ve found that if I want to show some leg, the only appropriate way to do so is by pairing everything with over the knee boots. For this look, I didn’t intend to go for a sixties/seventies feel but between the boots, button front skirt and bell-sleeve top that I scored at Zara the other day, I seem to have went there yet again

What I’m Wearing: Top; Zara (here) // Skirt; (similar) // Boots; Stuart Weitzman (here) // Bag; J.Crew (here)
