I love when you put on an outfit and just feel happy. This adorable polka dot skirt, that I purchased at none other than Value Village definitely did it for me. Every-time I put it on I literally twirl around while walking. I styled it with this crop top (now on sale) from Dynamite that I originally hesitated on purchasing, but the cute floral print won me over. I think it would look just as cute underneath a sheer top, jean shorts, and my Newbury Boots as it does with a maxi skirt.
